Cancellation policy: 100% refund of deposits and rental fees (minus processing fees charged by booking sites) within 24 hours of booking. 50% refund of rental fees/100% of deposits (minus processing fees charged by booking sites) 45 days before check in. Villages guest passes and temporary IDs:Temporary Resident IDs give renters all the privileges afforded to the homeowners. Temporary Resident IDs are available to 2 renters per household at a charge of $50 (2max) Guest passes are free and available for tenants or their guests. Guest passes allow access to some but not all of the recreation activities (sports pools are excluded) and booking golf tee times may be challenging for those only with guest passes especially during the high season. Temporary resident IDs or guest passes must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to occupancy. All tenants and guests must be identified with name, address, date of birth, and dates of visits. Maximum occupancy is 6, guest fees apply for more than 6 tenants and/or guests.
